Dope Couture was founded by Matthew Fields in December 2007. At the time, Matthew Fields was a student at Indiana University.[1]
Dope Couture is carried in its own flagship boutique and in stores across the world.[2]
In September 2011, Dope Couture opened its newest boutique location at 424 N. Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles, California. This location serves as the brand's flagship store.[3]
